PEBBLES Especially Nice Holiday Crispy Squares
A festive, gift-wrapped cereal treat.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 10 oz package mini marshmallows (about 6 cups)
- 6 cups Nice List Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
- 6 fruit snack rolls
Instructions
- Prepare the pan. Line a 13 × 9-inch pan with foil or wax paper, or coat the pan with cooking spray.
- Melt. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Combine. Add the Nice List Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal and mix well until coated.
- Press and cool. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared 13 × 9-inch pan. Cool completely.
- Decorate and serve. Remove the cooled cereal mixture from the pan and cut into 24 squares. Cut the fruit snack rolls lengthwise, then wrap them around the cereal squares and make bows as desired. Makes 2 dozen.
