Naughty List Cocoa PEBBLES™ Hot Cocoa Bark
Chocolate bark topped with cocoa cereal, fluffy marshmallows, and peppermint crunch.
Ingredients
- 20 ounces milk chocolate or chocolate melting wafers
- 1½ cups Naughty List Cocoa PEBBLES™ with Marshmallows cereal
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows
- ⅓ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Prepare. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and completely melted.
- Spread. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use an offset spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
- Add the toppings. Working quickly, sprinkle the Naughty List Cocoa PEBBLES™ with Marshmallows cereal, JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows, and crushed candy canes evenly over the melted chocolate. Gently press the toppings into the surface.
- Set. Let the bark stand at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes to speed up setting.
- Break and serve. Break the bark into irregular pieces. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
