Fruity PEBBLES™ Cereal Boulder Balls
Fruity PEBBLES Cereal Boulder Balls are a low-fuss, photo-friendly treat that's perfect for all your holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
For Boulder Balls
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
For Coating
- 2-3 cups Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal lightly crushed
For the Tree
- 1 miniature wrapped chocolate bar
- 1 star shaped cookie or candy if desired
Instructions
To Make Tree
- Make boulder balls with scant tablespoon of filling mixture. Extras may be served on the side. You will need 20 boulder balls to make the tree.
- Starting at the bottom, lay out the chocolate bar in the middle of your serving area for the "trunk"
- Center a row of 5 boulder balls over the "trunk"
- For the next row, offset the boulder balls and make a row of 4
- Again, offset the boulder balls making a row of 3
- Continue to offset the boulder balls, make a row of 2
- Offsetting the boulder balls again, make a row of 3
- Once again, continue to offset the boulder balls and make a row of 2
- Place the final boulder ball at the top of the tree
- Top the tree with a star shaped cookie or candy if desired
