White Chocolate WinterFest Fruity PEBBLES™ Truffles
Bring on the season with White Chocolate WinterFest Fruity PEBBLES™ Truffles—bite-sized treats coated in creamy white chocolate and bursting with colorful, crunchy cereal in every bite. Perfect for parties, gifting, or a sweet winter indulgence, they add a playful pop of flavor to any moment.
Ingredients
- 3 cups WinterFest Fruity PEBBLES™ with Marshmallows cereal
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 ounces white chocolate chips or baking wafers
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Add WinterFest Fruity PEBBLES™ with Marshmallows cereal and mix until fully combined.
- Form 2" balls out of cereal mixture and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in 30 second increments until almost fully melted, then stir until no clumps remain.
- Using a toothpick or fork, dip balls into melted chocolate, then coat with more WinterFest Fruity PEBBLES™.
- Set for 30 minutes and store or enjoy!
