PEBBLES™ Cereal Cookies with Milk Glaze
Soft, chewy, and packed with colorful crunch, these PEBBLES™ Cereal Cookies put a fun twist on a classic. Every bite is studded with bright, Fruity PEBBLES or crunchy Cocoa PEBBLES – this batch makes both! A simple milk-and-powdered-sugar glaze drizzles over the warm cookies, giving them that nostalgic “cereal-and-milk” finish. They’re playful, easy to make, and impossible not to smile over.
Ingredients
Cookies
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Fruity PEBBLES™
- 1 1/2 cups Cocoa PEBBLES™
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter cubed
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Glaze
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add sugars and butter to dry ingredients. Beat on medium until combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Divide dough into two batches. Mix Fruity PEBBLES cereal into one batch and Cocoa PEBBLES cereal into the other.
- Scoop large balls of dough onto cookie sheet about 1-2" apart, then freeze for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
- To make glaze, mix powdered sguar, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Dip tops of cookies into glaze and sprinkle more PEBBLES cereal on top of each.
