PEBBLES™ Cereal Cookies with Milk Glaze

Soft, chewy, and packed with colorful crunch, these PEBBLES™ Cereal Cookies put a fun twist on a classic. Every bite is studded with bright, Fruity PEBBLES or crunchy Cocoa PEBBLES – this batch makes both! A simple milk-and-powdered-sugar glaze drizzles over the warm cookies, giving them that nostalgic “cereal-and-milk” finish. They’re playful, easy to make, and impossible not to smile over.

Ingredients 

Cookies

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Fruity PEBBLES™
  • 1 1/2 cups Cocoa PEBBLES™
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks butter cubed
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Glaze

  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add sugars and butter to dry ingredients. Beat on medium until combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Divide dough into two batches. Mix Fruity PEBBLES cereal into one batch and Cocoa PEBBLES cereal into the other.
  5. Scoop large balls of dough onto cookie sheet about 1-2" apart, then freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
  7. To make glaze, mix powdered sguar, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
  8. Dip tops of cookies into glaze and sprinkle more PEBBLES cereal on top of each.
