What personal information do we collect and how do we use such information?
We may collect personally identifiable information from you or your child (such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc.) when you voluntarily provide it to us or when you visit or otherwise take action on our pages on social-networking services/applications.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you have the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving emails from us via the “unsubscribe” link in the emails we send.
For additional information regarding our practices with respect to the collection of information from children under the age of 13, please see below.
How do we share personal information?
Except as described below, we do not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose to third parties the personally identifiable information we collect on this site and on our pages on social-networking services/applications.
On some websites, we may allow visitors to submit content to the website, such as testimonials or other feedback regarding our products and websites. In such cases, we may publicly post the testimonial or other feedback in connection with the first name and state of residence of the user who submitted the testimonial/feedback.
Also, your activity on our sites and pages may be shared with advertising networks, so that they can display ads for you, which they believe will interest you, on other sites, not affiliated with us.
Advertising networks that are members of Network Advertising Initiative or that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance have subscribed to certain principles relating to collection and use of information, and may permit users to direct whether or how information about their viewing activities are used for advertising purposes. To register your preferences or choices, or to opt out of behavioral advertising offered by participants in these programs, visit http://www.networkadvertising.org or http://www.aboutads.info.
We may provide your personal information to joint promotion and marketing partners and third parties who provide services on our behalf. These entities may use the information in conjunction with the specific promotion or other services they provide for us (e.g., contacting the winner of a promotion or his/her parent, as applicable; responding to your or your child’s question or comment, deployment of a consumer survey, investigation of a complaint, recruiting and hiring, etc.).
We may transfer any information we have about you in the event that we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party. We may also share information within the family of companies owned by Post Holdings, Inc.
We may also disclose any personal information if such information is requested by law enforcement agencies or if we are requested to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order or government entity.
We also may disclose personal information to third parties if we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to conduct investigations of possible breaches of law, to cooperate in any legal investigation, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the website terms and conditions.
Further, we may use and disclose your personal information to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and the rights, privacy, safety or property of others.
For additional information regarding the disclosure of information collected from children under the age of 13, please see below.

Social-Networking Services and Applications; Links to Other Websites
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of websites owned and operated by any such third parties. Third parties may collect and treat information collected differently.
Changing Your Information
If you create a profile in connection with the “Careers” portion of the website, the website may permit you to view and edit information you submitted as part of your profile. If you would like to review other information that we collected from you, please contact us here.
What are your additional practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information from children under the age of 13?
We encourage parents or guardians to monitor their children’s online activities.
All or some of this website may be directed to kids under 13, so our conduct may be governed by federal law and regulations that address children’s online privacy, as well as by the guidelines of the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU), a part of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Our practices in connection with the collection of information on our website are guided by these laws.
We may from time to time offer promotions, such as contests, sweepstakes, raffles and games, on our website. We may permit a child to participate in promotions directed to children by first submitting the name and e-mail address of the child’s parent. In such circumstances, we will then seek parental consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information from the child, as required by federal law. If the parent provides such consent, we may use the child’s personally identifiable information to allow the child to participate (for example, select a winner of the promotion and, if the child wins, we will contact the parent (not the child) for further information needed for any prize delivery). If the parent does not provide consent, the information will be deleted from our records.
We retain personally identifiable information collected from children for only as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected.
We also permit children under the age of 13 to contact us through the website’s “Contact Us” link with questions or comments. We request only the child’s first name and e-mail address and use that information solely to respond directly to the child on a one-time basis. We do not use the information to re-contact the child and we delete the child’s personal information from our database after responding to the child’s inquiry.
Our website does not permit children to make their personally identifiable information publicly available.
Upon proper identification, a parent may review any personal information we have collected from his or her child if we still have the information in our database. The parent also may request that the child’s information be deleted from our database and may refuse to permit further collection, use and/or disclosure of the child’s information. If you are a parent and wish to exercise these rights, please contact us as described below.
If we learn that we have collected information from a child under the age of 13 in a manner that is inconsistent with applicable law, we will either delete the information or contact the child’s parent/guardian to seek consent as required under such law.

This website is intended for use by residents of the United States of America only. All matters relating to this site are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri in the United States of America. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the federal courts sitting in St. Louis, Missouri, unless no federal subject matter jurisdiction exists, in which case you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts sitting in St. Louis, Missouri. If you are located outside of the United States of America and you contact us, please be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to us in the United States of America and that by submitting information, you explicitly authorize its transfer.
